Christopher Compston purchased the remaining share capital he did not already own in Domicilium Payments Services and Neunex limited from Domicilium Limited to become 100% owner of the Group.  Commenting at the time Christopher said this “Over the past 6 years and together with the staff at Domicilium Limited we have created a very successful independent sales organisation.  This purchase will now give me the flexibility to build on this and to pursue the many new and innovative ideas I have in the payments sector.”
