Confirmation the FXC Module Falls Outside The Payments Services Directive in UK

FXC Concierge (UK) Limited received confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority in UK that the business model operated by the FXC Group does not fall under the the Payments Services Directive because the service operated by FXC is a technology solution and at no time do we hold, or pay, any client funds.
